Annual Backpack Giveaway

Humanity Heroes from Los Angeles, CA, partners with Free Meal every year with their Backpack Give Away. The durable backpacks each contain over 20-personal care and protective items. Coats for the Cold also partners with the event by providing a wide assortment of good quality shirts, pants, jackets, and winter coats. The Free Meal kitchen also provides a BBQ luncheon with hamburgers, hotdogs, potato salad, coleslaw, desserts, and root beer floats. Throughout the year, Humanity Heroes will ship pallets of various items to Free Meal , including snack chips, dried fruit snaps, personal care products, bottled water, vitamin beverages, and dog food.
